Return Policy:

Every Leesa mattress comes with a 120-night trial, so you can try Leesa in the comfort of your own home. It may take a few nights to adjust to your Leesa mattress. You are required to try your mattress for at least 30 nights (which starts the day it’s delivered). This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better. If you’re still not happy after 30 nights, you can initiate a return. We'll coordinate a free pickup from your home and refund your purchase. Please note that only two mattress purchases per household or shipping/billing address are eligible for the 120-night trial return & refund.

* All mattresses must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return. Damages include (but are not limited to): ripped or torn cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover.

*Alaska & Hawaii Customers: There is a $100 fee for mattress returns.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
